REFORMER
CLASSES

Our signature full-body reformer classes use props, weights and athletic variations to enhance your experience, combining Pilates with power. Custom springboards and state-of-the-art suspension trainers are integrated into classes to take things up a notch. This class is offered in 3 levels to ensure your class is the right fit for you.

The energy is electric, the vibe is high and the mind-body connection is deep. Take your Pilates practice to the next level with this advanced, fast-paced, expertly choreographed experience.

Strong technique and confidence on the reformer required. Must have taken at least 20 REFORMER.2 classes.

Build your foundation and learn the fundamentals of Pilates in this full-body reformer flow. This class teaches you what the exercises should feel like so you can fine tune your technique. It’s a great class for newbies and seasoned practitioners that need a refresh. We promise you’ll feel be feeling it the next day.

Our level 2 progressive reformer class is perfect for those with previous reformer experience that are seeking a more dynamic challenge. Focus on enhancing your technique, layering progressions and improving strength, stability and coordination through more complex movements.​

CADILLAC
CLASSES

Our full-body Cadillac classes use the Cadillac (AKA Trapeze Table), Wunda Chairs, Spine Correctors, and props to build on strength, mobility, control and stability. The Cadillac's stable, non-moving surface allows for heavier spring resistance and deeper strength training, while the surrounding bars provide support to challenge your balance and expand your movement possibilities. The strength and body awareness you build on the Cadillac will carry over to the Reformer, and vice versa. This class is offered in multiple levels to ensure your class is the right fit for you.

Level up your practice. Expect deeper core work, more athletic variations, and advanced balance challenges. Begin exploring more hanging exercises, developing strength, mobility, and body awareness in a whole new way. Sweat, shake, and challenge your control as you build strength, stability, and confidence through dynamic full-body movement.

This class teaches you how to use the equipment, and what the exercises should feel like so you can fine tune your technique. This class is extremely accessible to all ages and skill levels. A great class for newbies and seasoned practitioners that need a refresh.

REFORMER

Get ready for a high-energy, full-body workout! In this circuit class, you’ll spend half the time on the reformer, while the other half will keep you on your toes as you utilize various stations, including the springboard and suspension trainer. Expect a fast-paced, energizing atmosphere that challenges your strength, improves flexibility, and boosts endurance.

50/50 CIRCUIT

Strength training meets Pilates in this high-intensity strength class - both a challenging and rewarding experience. Heavy spring loads mixed with our ankle weights and weighted props take this class from slow and steady, to heavy and sweaty. Get ready to sculpt and burn through strong holds and deep pulses. 

PUMP

This high-intensity, low-impact workout blends Pilates with strength and cardio using the jump board. Jumping while lying down allows for a low-impact cardio session that targets the core and gives you that lower body burn.

JUMP

Your weekly recovery class - the perfect addition to a week of Pulse workouts. This multi-level class guides you through the perfect 50/50 mix of sculpt and stretch, leaving you feeling both worked and revitalized. Let the reformer assist you in muscle recovery, while increasing your flexibility. Finish class off with an infrared sauna session to top off your self-care day.
