What should I bring to class?

Water, grip socks, and most importantly, a positive attitude.
If you have long hair, you'll want to tie it back (please no sharp hair accessories).

What should I wear?

Grip socks are required and available for purchase in the studio. Wear something comfortable that you can move in. Form-fitted, athletic clothing is advised.

Is there parking?

We have a free municipal parking lot located on the north side of the building. If you are coming from Merrick Rd., it will be just past the studio on the left hand side. If you are coming down Broadway, it will be just before the studio on the right hand side.

What is your membership cancelation policy?

We offer memberships with either a 3-month or 12-month contract. If you would like to cancel your membership at the end of this contract, please do so at least 30 days before your contract automatically renews. We will send you an email to let you know your contract is about to renew for another 3 or 12 months, giving you ample time to cancel, if you do not wish to continue your membership.

Members who relocate more than a 20-mile radius from the studio may cancel their membership by providing a 30-day written notice along with proof of relocation.  Payments will no longer be deducted after 30-days, aside from an early termination fee.

Can I put my membership on hold?

All recurring memberships can be frozen up to once per year, for a fee of $20 per month, for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. This fee will be charged monthly for each month the membership remains on hold.

Class packs and introductory offers can not be frozen.

Freeze requests must be submitted at least ten (10) days before the requested start date. Memberships cannot be placed on hold retroactively. During the freeze period, members will not have access to studio classes or services, but their membership will remain active.

As always, we strive to accommodate our members where possible. Please email us if you have any questions or require special accommodation. Please respect this policy, as it is very time consuming for us to manage frozen memberships.

When does my membership activate?

Memberships and class packs activate on your purchase date. If you need to push your activation date, please reach out by text or email.

What if I'm late?

We get it. Life happens. Please try and arrive 10 minutes before class to get situated. We allow a 5 minute grace period at the beginning of classes. The doors will be locked 5 minutes into class.

Do you have a place for coats, bags and shoes?

Yes we do, we have cubbies and shoe racks. We ask that you take off your shoes as soon as you enter. We lock the front door during class, to ensure your belongings are safe. Please do not leave your belongings overnight, take everything with you.

Can I try a class before I commit?

Absolutely! You can purchase a single drop-in class here, or try our intro offer and receive a small bundle of classes at a discounted rate.

If commitment just isn't your thing, you can purchase a 10-pack here, without committing to a membership.

Do you offer class packs and drop-ins?

Yes, we offer 10-class packs and a drop-in option. However, our monthly members enjoy exclusive perks and benefits, including a lower rate per class, discounts on additional classes, extended booking windows, free guest passes (for select memberships), and discounts on workshops and special events, such as our date nights.

How does sauna booking work?

We have one smart infrared sauna that can fit up to two people. Only 1 person can book the sauna at a time, but you will have the option to add a friend to your booking, if you choose to. Sauna sessions last 30-55 minutes, and are run hourly. They can be booked here.
