Meet with one of our highly trained instructors to discuss how we can tailor your private training sessions to your specific needs. We will give you a tour of our private training room, and introduce you to the equipment with a 30-minute training session. This is a great option if you don’t feel comfortable in a group setting, have specific conditions and injuries, or if you're looking for a deeper challenge.
